Sound familiar?
Long hours and constant pressure — and the stress follows you home.
You feel unseen or undervalued, and unsure how to ask for what you want.
You want the next role — promotion, leadership, a career change or your own practice — but the path isn't clear.
Boundaries slip, rest doesn't restore you, and your creativity has gone quiet.
You don't have to choose between ambition and wellbeing. You need a strategy that honours both.
The programme
A private, 1:1 coaching engagement for leaders, professionals and architects who want to achieve more and thrive — without paying for it with their health.
Gain clarity on where you are and where you're going: practical tools for burnout recovery and prevention, a clear direction for your career or business, and a reconnection with your creativity.
Design a strategy that works for your life, not against it: a wellbeing plan that re-energises you, a clear path to your next role, and a work–life rhythm that suits you.
Step up with confidence, minus the hustle: perform at your best without constant stress, lead with authenticity, and reach the next level while enjoying the life around it.
The engagement
3 or 6 months, two 60-minute sessions a month, tailored to your goals.
Direct text and email access, plus preparation for performance reviews and interviews, CV review and personal branding.
Practical techniques, videos, books and talks selected for where you are right now.
Investment: £500–£600 per month, for 3 or 6 months, depending on your goals and the support you need

Client experience
"Shortly after starting, I had a challenging quarter where I'd normally have overworked, lost sleep and become very anxious. It turned out to be one of the quarters in my 10-year career where I felt my best mentally — and I still hit my target."
Associate Director
"In terms of the tangible outcomes, I have been promoted and now feel more empowered at work."
"Anna has been my Coach for the last half year. She helped me to understand some of my own reactions to stress and we worked together to improve leadership skills."
About
Career Wellbeing Executive Coach · ICF · CTI-trained
I spent 20 years in professional services, and I know first-hand how the drive to succeed can tip into burnout. Like many of my clients, I pushed too hard for too long without support, and it cost me both health and fulfilment.
Training in psychology, boundary-setting and executive coaching changed how I worked and lived. Since then I've coached for over 1,000 hours, helping ambitious professionals redefine success so it includes their wellbeing.
Today I help leaders and architects build careers that are meaningful, resilient and true to their values.
As heard on
I joined Jon Clayton to talk about how burnout differs from everyday stress, how to spot the early signs, and why the usual fixes — a holiday, more exercise, a new job — rarely last on their own. I also shared my three-step framework:
Begin the conversation
A complimentary, confidential consultation to explore where you are, where you want to be, and whether we're the right fit.
Book a complimentary consultationQuestions
A relaxed, confidential video call. We'll talk about where you are now, what you want to change, and whether the programme is a good fit. There's no pressure to commit.
Leaders, architects and senior professionals who are ambitious, often successful, and feeling the cost in stress, long hours or lost confidence.
If you're in a mental health crisis or need clinical support, coaching isn't the right first step; please speak to your GP or a therapist first.
3 or 6 months, with two 60-minute sessions a month and support in between.
Programmes are £500–£600 per month, for 3 or 6 months, depending on your goals and the support you need. Many clients fund coaching through their employer's learning and development budget, and I can provide a short proposal for your manager.
